I am currently a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore in the Dr. Gong Xiao’s group. My research centers on questions related to amorphous oxide semiconductors (such as a-IGZO), ferroelectric field-effect transistors, non-volatile memories, and neuromorphic in-memory computing.

  • Published 6 first or co-first authored conference papers, including 2 papers in IEEE Symposium on VLSI Technology & Circuits and 3 papers in IEEE International Electron Device Meeting (IEDM); Participated in the publication of 27 conference papers (16 papers in VLSI and 5 papers in IEDM).
  • 2019 IEEE International Conference on IC Design and Technology (ICICDT) Best Paper Award.
  • 1 US patent, 1 SG patent.
